Merchandise Logo/Design Approval Request

Clubs and student organizations often create merchandise (e.g. t-shirts, hats, etc) for fundraising and awareness. Please consider the following guidelines and then submit this form for merchandise approval. Merchandise should not include any profanity or suggestive language and should reflect the CVM’s professionalism standards. You may use the CVM official logo on merchandise as long as it has been approved by ASA, using the form below. Using the University of Florida logos (including University Athletic Association) must be approved by UF main campus; ASA does not monitor these requests. Find more info here: https://brandcenter.ufl.edu/. Historically, clubs and orgs have certain logos/designs that have been passed down from other classes or organizations. ASA does not monitor these designs; please work with executive board members on understanding these nuances.

ASA is not available to help with the design process and does not interfere with club merchandise sales or vendors. We are here to attempt to ensure the college and your club is protected from legal ramifications in regards to branding and logo use. Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you with a response for your design!
