Career Day 2025 will be on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Straughn Center, right across the street from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine! The UF College of Veterinary Medicine Annual Career Day is a premier networking event, hosted in collaboration with the UF Veterinary Business Management Association (VBMA), that brings together esteemed practitioners, employers, practice managers, and veterinary professionals with our talented DVM students. This engaging platform provides a unique opportunity for attendees to forge meaningful connections and engage in meaningful conversations about various career opportunities, including full-time and part-time positions, student representative roles, and externship opportunities.

The Straughn IFAS Extension Professional Development Center is located at 2142 Shealy Dr, Gainesville, FL 32608. Registration for Career Day is required.

12:00pm – 1:30pm Lunch & Panels
1:30pm – 2:00pm Break
2:00pm – 3:00pm Career Fair, Class of 2026 Only
3:00pm – 5:30pm Career Fair, Classes 2026-2029 (All Classes)
