Please return the completed State-Funded Acceptance Form or Self-Funded Acceptance Form provided in your offer email to accept your offer into the Entering Class of 2030. Submitting the completed form by email is preferred (as a PDF).

If you choose to decline the offer or withdraw at any time, written notification via email is required.
